Our staff is second to none and we give them all the credit for creating a thriving and encouraging work environment. This past season has been a challenging one for all of us with adapting to ever-changing working conditions throughout Covid. Our team has become masters at Zoom meetings, working from home and conference calls, and as Steve Bouchey would say, we haven’t missed a beat. We are thankful for this recognition and look forward to celebrating.
Bouchey Financial Group earned this honor by being a top scorer on a survey filled out by our employees and collected by Albany Business Review. The survey measured employee satisfaction, team effectiveness, employee alignment, and other important success factors that contribute to a healthy working environment.
