Celebrating $1.5 Billion in AUM: BFG’s Team Retreat in Manchester
Earlier this week, our Bouchey Financial Group team came together in Manchester, Vermont for a retreat to celebrate milestones, strengthen connections, and enjoy time outside the office.
Reaching $1.5 billion in assets under management is more than just a milestone — it’s a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the dedication of our team. This retreat gave us the opportunity to celebrate that achievement, reflect on our progress, and look ahead to the future together.
The day was filled with activities that highlighted both the beauty of Vermont and the value of shared experiences. Some team members enjoyed a scenic hike along the Equinox Pond Trail, while others spent the afternoon golfing at the Equinox Golf Club. Groups also took part in fly fishing with Orvis instructors, off-road driving at the Land Rover Experience, and visiting the Southern Vermont Arts Center. Each activity gave us a chance to relax, recharge, and connect in new ways outside of our usual work environment.
In the evening, we gathered for dinner to reflect on the day, share stories, and celebrate the relationships that make our team so strong. Moments like these remind us that the strength of BFG lies not only in the work we do, but in the people behind it.
