Client Service Associate

Responsible for delivering high-quality client service and relationship management to high-net- worth individuals, families, and institutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination of financial services, responding to client inquiries, and working closely with financial advisors, portfolio managers, and other internal partners to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

 Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated and trusted point of contact for an assigned portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
  • Facilitate onboarding and account setup processes for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day client service needs, including money movement requests, account maintenance, documentation, and reporting.
  • Proactively engage clients through regular communications to strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with wealth advisors, portfolio managers, tax and estate planning professionals to deliver an integrated wealth management experience.
  • Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure CRM systems are updated.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Microsoft Office, Tamarac) is a plus
  • Eager to learn new technologies that will enhance firm efficiency and overall client experience
  • Team player who is self-motivated
  • Attention to detail and strong ability to follow a defined process
  • Ability to manage various projects
  • Excellent client service
