Ryan Bouchey, CPA, CFP®

Ryan Bouchey joined Bouchey Financial Group in 2012, but in many ways, he has been part of the firm his entire life—watching firsthand as his father, Steve, built and grew the company over the years. Today, Ryan serves as Chief Strategic Officer and is a key member of the firm’s leadership team. Through his dedication and commitment to the firm, he has seen it grow into one of the leading independent wealth management firms in the region.

In his role, Ryan focuses on the long-term vision and strategic growth of the firm—studying industry trends, identifying opportunities, and helping position Bouchey Financial Group for continued success. He works closely with the leadership team to drive innovation, evolve internal systems, and ensure that the firm remains at the forefront of the advisory space.

Ryan is passionate about helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their financial lives. He values building strong, lasting relationships and takes pride in delivering customized planning solutions that help clients and their families achieve meaningful goals.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and a Master’s in Financial Planning & Taxation, also from Bentley. Prior to joining Bouchey Financial Group, Ryan spent six years at Ernst & Young within their Financial Services Office. He is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Outside the firm, Ryan is active in the community—volunteering as a coach with Metro Lacrosse in Boston, serving on SPAC’s Junior Committee, and chairing numerous regional events. He lives outside Boston with his wife, Nikki, and their three children: George, Harry, and Josephine.
