David W. Clarke

David Clarke joined the firm in the fall of 2020 and holds two roles as our Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer.  He focuses on maintaining the firm’s Fiduciary Compliance Program, identifying new technology enhancements and staying abreast of Operational Developments within the Registered Investment Advisory industry.  Prior to joining the firm he worked for The Ayco Company in their Client Services Group, J.P. Morgan in their Bank Debt Derivatives Program and started his career as a margin clerk for Bear Stearns.  David holds an Economics Degree from Vanderbilt University and lives in Menands with his wife and four children.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, following current events, playing golf and coaching youth sports.
